In this video, a 22 year old Jolly Tumuheirwe, who was seen in the video torturing an 18 months old baby is presented in court and pleads guilty to the charges. She however asked for forgiveness from the parents of the baby and the whole public. She was remanded to Luzira prison where she has been and will appear in court again on 10th this month.
