Pregnant Kate Middleton and Prince William reveal baby due date - and rule out twins

Expecting: Kate suffered from terrible morning sickness while pregnant with Prince George
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have confirmed their second baby is due in April next year.
Today's official announcement means Kate is now safely past the 12-week point and the couple have had their 12-week scan.

The royal statement does not specify whether a boy or girl is expected - but use of the word 'baby' means twins have been ruled out.
It adds that Kate, 32, continues to be affected by severe morning sickness, but her condition is 'steadily improving'.
It is thought the baby is due towards the end of April which means the baby could be a fourth wedding anniversary present for Kate and William, who married at Westminster Abbey on April 29.
The baby was possibly conceived in early August, around the time the couple visited Belgium for the WWI commemorations.
Kate has not been seen in public since her second pregnancy was announced on September 8.
However, tomorrow she is due to make two public appearances - to welcome the Singapore president to the UK and later at the Natural History Museum.
Her last official appearance was more than two months ago on August 5 at the Tower of London poppy exhibition.
She has been splitting her time between Kensington Palace and her parents’ home in Bucklebury, Berkshire while struggling to cope with her severe morning sickness, known as Hyperemisis Gravidarum.
The announcement that the couple are expecting their second child came two months after Prince George turned one.
There will be around 21 months between George and his new brother or sister, a similar age gap between Kate and her younger sister Pippa.
The third-in-line to the throne was born on July 22 last year to a worldwide fanfare.
Kate is reported to have said she would ideally like to have three children.
