HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Human Resources Officer


Purpose of the Job




To provide Human Resources services and update Human Resources records for management decisions.



Major Activities of the Job

Attend to employee grievances.

Interprets various regulations to staff.
Handle pension and terminal benefits schemes.
Coordinate staff performance appraisal process.
Handle labour relation matters at work place.
Draft letters, circulars and papers related to human resources matters.
Facilitate human resources recruitment and selection process.
Compile training plans and programmes.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.



Minimum Job Requirements.



Qualification.

Advanced Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or Sociology

or Human Resources or Public Administration or its equivalent from recognized
Institution/University.
Relevant Postgraduate Studies or a Masters Degree or its equivalent from a recognized Institution/University will be an added advantage.




Experience



Three (3) years of relevant experience

Integrity
Computer Literacy.
