Who gets married in a pants suit? Solange Knowles does and she looked super cute and rather calm in comparison to a traditional bride! According to People online:
The happy couple said “I do” at the Marigny Opera House in New Orleans. Around 2 p.m., the pair arrived via white-painted vintage bicycles, and it was all about the details: The bride’s basket held flowers!“Beaming. Calm. They looked pretty calm, relaxed on their wedding day,” one onlooker tells PEOPLE. “Definitely happy.”As for their arrival attire, the bride rocked a cream pantsuit with a cape and plunging V-neck (accenting her look with a red lip), while the groom matched in a white suit sans tie.Ahead of their nuptials, the newlyweds celebrated with an intimate pre-wedding bashFriday at NOLA’s Indywood Cinema, which Hayley Sampson, the theater’s co-owner, told PEOPLE, “was pretty adorable.”
We are absolutely loving the entire vibe of the ceremony and from what was reported, everything seemed so simple and nontraditional just the way the couple probably wanted it.
Beyonce, was spotted in Nola earlier this weekend and she arrived in a black SUV along with husband Jay Z, daughter Blue Ivy, Mom Tina Knowles, son Daniel Julez and singer Janelle Monae also was in attendance. (Check out Bey’s shoes)
Before the wedding they celebrated in New Orleans with a pre-wedding bash held at Indy wood Cinema that was described as “pretty adorable”. Its funny how when you “have it all” you yearn to make things as simple and as intimate as you can. Just goes to show that lavish can mean many things to different people.
This is Solange’s second marriage so that may have played a part too. I can definitely identify with wanting to keep things intimate the second time around, even though she never struck any of us as flashy.
We want to say congratulations to the happy couple, we wish them nothing but love for years to come, did you see her hair? Gawgous dahlin
PS: Can we take a moment to acknowledge Ms Tina Knowles at 60 years old looking flawless!
yaaas hunny! yaaas!
