Last time we can actually recall seeing Janet Jackson out and about at an event, it was in May 2013 at amfAR’s 20th Annual Cinema Against Aids event in France.

If you’ll recall, Jackson married billionaire Wissam Al Mana in 2012, and despite reports that they tied the knot in lavish fashion, last year the couple issued a joint statement for the first time to let fans know that everything was small, and while there were gifts, they were given to children in need.
“Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony. Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities. We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy.”
From there, the couple were spotted partaking in “celebration and joy” on yachts and flying around the world, enjoying their new life together. Happily married, Jackson has been out of the public eye for a little while, but we were glad to see her back out this past weekend.
The beauty and her husband stepped out on Halloween night for the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience (obviously in Dubai) and Jackson, looking a little different, was gorgeous while sporting a whip-worthy ponytail. Go, Janet! Now, if we could just get some new music sometime soon, that would be amazing…
