DRIVER(2 POSITIONS)
Tanzania Postal Bank (TPB) seeks to appoint dedicated, self motivated and highly organized
Driver (2 positions) to join the Human Resources and Administration team. The work station is Dar es Salaam .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Driver will be driving all types of vehicle as assigned to him time after time, keeping the Bank
Vehicle in clean and good conditions. To make sure the car is services after every advised
kilometer given
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
a) To drive all types of vehicles
b) To oversee maintenance of the vehicle assigned to him/her
c) To detect any vehicle defects and promptly reports to SAO
d) To ensure services are done after every 5000 kilometres
e) To keep vehicle in good condition including keeping it always clean and tidy
f) To ensure that all accessories are in good condition and standby for immediate use at
any time;
g) To ensure that vehicle is used for authorized purposes and time only
h) To ensure that vehicle is parked to the authorized place after working hours
i) To keep log-book sheets up to date in connection with vehicle movements
j) To perform any other duties assigned by one's reporting officer

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Education:
(i) Holder of Form IV Certificate or equivalent qualification
(ii) Possession of a valid class C driving licence
(iii) Should have at least 6 years relevant working experience in reputable organization
(iv) Possession of Trade Test Certificate or VIP drivers certificate from VETA or NIT or
equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
.
