 Engender Health is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for staff positions on an anticipated USAID-funded project that will build the capacity of the Government of Tanzania to support combination community-based HIV prevention programming.

 Senior Technical Advisor, Family Planning, based in Dar es Salaam, will provide high-level expertise in family planning (FP) services (including long-acting reversible contraceptives), HIV/FP integration, FP provision to HIV-positive clients, and quality assurance/improvement. Experience with curriculum development/adaptation, provider training and follow-up, service integration, referral systems, and development of client-responsive static and mobile/outreach services. S/he has an advanced degree in Public Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology Degree in Midwifery, with at least 7 years’ experience providing technical assistance in areas related to FP services. Fluent spoken and written English required and Swahili strongly preferred.

JOB TTTLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER; To join its management tea and management team to develop and implement plans and activities resulting from its focus.

Major responsibilities:

Centers.


MINIMUM qualification
Education: A good first degree in the field of economics, accounting, finance, commerce. Banking, business administration or any other business  related discipline.
An MBA or any other higher degree will be an added advantages
Profession training: in banking and marketing for a reasonable time

Working experience:
  At least 10 years’ work experience after completing ones education of which at least four years must been spent in marketing and branch operation in a banking or financial institution.

Attribution:
•Ability to speak and write good English and Kiswahili and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Sound  knowledge of the development challenges of rural communities in Tanzania Generally and in Iringa region sin particular.
•Demonstrate higher level of creativity and innovations.
•Demonstrate Cleary ability in the use of computer and specially in the ms word, excel for windows and power point
