Role Profile
MEAL Coordinators for the Child Protection program in both field offices will lead on the design, implementation and management of a monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning framework for all of the Child Protection projects (and other projects in respective locations as requested). MEAL Coordinator will support the Zanzibar program Manager/Shinyanga programme Manager, Child Protection Program Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in the use of program evidence and learning for decision making, accountability and continual improvement of overall programs, advocacy and popular mobilization.

Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum of University or higher degree in M&E, Social sciences, Project management or related fields with proven at least 2 Years of experience of working in development of functioning MEAL systems, planning, monitoring and evaluation, audits, reviews related to Child Protection programmes, with practical experience of developing real time evaluations, assessment systems and researches and also undertaking evaluations or participating in leading evaluation/review/research teams.

Bridge Engineer
Main duties of the position are:
1. Reviewing Bridge Design Reports and ensures contract documents are complete for proper execution of the works;
2. Perform Design Review of the Substructure as may be necessary;
3. Oversees the Contractor to ensure that the Works contracts are executed in accordance with the performance targets set out in the contract and as agreed with TAN ROADS Katavi Region;

The successful candidate is expected to perform the following duties:
