NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA
1.       Kata nusu ya koliflawa tia katika sufuria pamoja na viazi, chemsha viwive kiasi tu.
2.       Nusu nyingine ya koliflawa chambua mauwa yake uweke kando. (Ukipenda  shemsha na kusaga yote pia)
3.      Tia mafuta katika sufuria kaanga vitunguu hadi vilainike, tia nyanya, endelea kukaanga..
4.       Katika mashine ya kusagia (blender), mimina koliflawa, viasi na supu yake, tia sosi ya nyanya, figili mwitu (celery) na parsley uisage.
5.       Rudisha katika sufuria, tia mauwa uliyochambua ya koliflawa iliyobakia kidonge cha supu, pilipilimanga, chumvi na ndimu.
6.      Endelea kuipika kwa muda mdogo tu hata dakika moja inatosha, ichemke ili koliflawa iwive kidogo tu sio sana usipoteze vitamini zake, na supu iko tayari
