Job Title: Settlement Assistance
The Incumbents will directly report to the Account Receivable Supervisor.
Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a dynamic motivated settlement Assistant to be based in Dar es Salaam.





Key Responsibilities
Data entry document route settlement to Basis system (Invoice-Receipt-Banking-sampling voucher), report status route settlement daily (unsettled load-salesman shortage-overage), implementation of procedures & policies related to route settlement, to take a part the Coca cola Quality system, daily route settlement with sales people, validates cash sales vs. actual remittance, data entry of daily sales settled, prepares the necessary daily reports. Report to supervisor for any anomalies or issues that result from route settlement.

Job Requirements
A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, or Finance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, bookkeeping fundamentals, cooperative, at least one year of working experience related work, able to work with a team and demonstrate high integrity and honest work environment, computer skills in Microsoft office applications. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Institutional Capacity Development Specialist (Based in Dar)
Reports to: Structural Interventions Advisor
Job Objective
Serve as active member of the program team for the implementation of Sauti-TZ. Under the guidance and supervision of structural interventions advisor, the institutional capacity development specialist ensures design, implementation and development of capacity development activities, with key results contributing to the overall successful achievement and sustainability of the Sauti-Tz program in Tanzania.



The Institutional Capacity Development Specialist has the following Specific Duties and Responsibilities.
• Supports Structural Interventions Advisor to provide operational and administrative support to social and Economic Empowerment officer at regional level and promotes an organizational culture where pact`s values are practiced.
• Supports social and economic empowerment officers and JHPIEGO program staff in providing capacity development Plan to JHPIEGO partners.
• Provides oversight and management to all capacity development activity within the zone.
• Initiate strategic engagement discussions and contribute to the understanding of the approach to capacity development for pact.
• Provide authoritative policy advice and technical guidance on Sauti-Tz implementation and delivery.
• Advise the structural interventions advisor on the direction, strategies and technical issues concerning capacity development and institutional strengthening of Pact.
• Represents pact in public events and meetings.
• Performs other work related tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Master`s Degree in Sociology, Public Health, or Economic Development or equivalent experience over 6 year`s relevant experience.

• Bachelor`s degree in sociology, public health, or Economic Development or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years relevant experience and 4 years of project management experience in East Africa.
• Experience in working with international funded projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives records and scrutinize member`s loan applications forms for further processing.
• Ensures all loans issued are timely repaid and reports are submitted to the Credit Committee.
• Submits applications to loan committee for verifications and approval.
• Evaluates financial condition and transaction structure, including loan disbursement analysis, generate and interpret PERLS ratios for use in evaluation structure, including loan disbursement analysis, generate and interpret PEARLS ratios for use in evaluating society`s financial status.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly loan disbursement reports which includes approved loans, loans pending, loans issued by gender, products, non-performing loans, loan arrears and/or delinquent loans and submit to the manager.
• Compiles periodic reports on classification of the loan portfolio at risks as detailed in the credit policy and rules and submit to the Credit Committee.
• Designs, develops and markets new financial products and services which meet members needs while reviewing the existing products for continual improvements.
• Ensures loans are issued in accordance with the cooperative Act, Society By-Laws, Society`s Regulations, Credit policy and procedures.
• Performs monthly reconciliation of loan information from payroll sheets and/or banks and monthly projected loan recovery summary and immediately report to the manager any anomaly identified during reconciliation exercise.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Age Limits
