HII NI MIJI MAARUFU ILIYOVUMA KWA KUTEMBELEWA NA MASTAA WENGI DUNIANI IKIWEMO TANZANIA

The sun, sand and the water is a recurring theme amongst most celeb honeymoon destinations and Barbados was not to be left behind. American actor-singer Barbra Streisand honeymooned here with Josh Brolin.
BARBADOS



The half Dutch half French Caribbean island has long been a favourite with the celebs. Hollywood stars Demi Moore honeymooned there with then hubby Ashton Kutcher. Friends star Courtney Cox was also seen there with David Arquette.
SAINT MARTIN CARIBBEAN


The group of islands located in the Indian Ocean are best known for their colourful coral reefs. Home not only to the abundant marine life, various celebs have been frequenting here to spend some alone quality time. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, and Josh Duhamel and Fergie are but a few who were seen here.
MALDIVES ISLAND

There is much to be said about the pristine coast of south Italy and its beauty. It is also admired among the well-heeled crowd. Reese Witherspoon and husband Tim Toth were one of the newly-weds who spent some time here. Other A-listers that were spotted were True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, David Lauren – son of fashionista Ralph Lauren, and his new bride Lauren Bush (niece of former US president George W. Bush).
AMALFI COAST, ITALY

The Republic of Seychelles, in the Indian Ocean, is apparently deemed fit for royalty since Prince William honeymooned there with Kate. After their high-profile wedding in Venice, heartbreaker George Clooney and new bride Amal spent some quality R&R here.
SEYCHELLES

One of the most northern of the Caribbean Islands, Anguilla lies east of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and directly north of Saint Martin. Lord of the Rings star Orlando Bloom and Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr honeymooned in Anguilla, a part of the Caribbean Islands east of Puerto Rico.

The French Polynesian islands were the favoured honeymoon destination for Australian actress Nicole Kidman and with her country singer-songwriter husband Keith Urban.

Hollywood actress Jessica Biel and singer Justin Timberlake made their way to Tanzania for a safari adventure. Their stay at the Singita Faru Faru Lodge, Grumeti was complete with jeep excursions and hot air balloon rides.

No one can fault Anne Hathway and Adam Schulman for choosing Paris, the most romantic city for their honeymoon. British singer Lily Allen who married painter Sam Cooper in 2011 was also seen strolling down the Parisian streets, dining at hip restaurants and checking out Musee d’Orsay.

The sun and sand seem to a necessary requisite for the new couples. Hollywood actor Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-tatum chose outdoor bliss in Bali. Unfortunately, it seems they were unable to enjoy their time there after coming down with food poisoning. Another A-list couple seen here was singer Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross who checked in the St. Regis Bali Resort.
BALI INDONESIA

The musical couple chose the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Paradise valley, Arizona to spend some downtime together after their wedding. Luxurious guest rooms, sweeping mountain views and award winning spas was on the menu.
PARADISE VALLEY-ARIZONA

CEO and co-founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg married his long-time girlfriend Priscilla Chan at their Palo Alto residence in California. The newly-wed couple toured the Italian capital for their honeymoon taking in the sights and of course grabbing a meal at the famed Pierluigi restaurant.

Plenty of honeymooners have just crossed the border in order to have some fun. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, Hollywood actor Gwyneth Palthrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, singer Kevin Jonas and Daniella Deleasa, are but a few of the many who have enjoyed catching the sun’s rays on the beach and sipping on cocktails by the poolside.

Hollywood’s power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt decided to mix work with pleasure. The couple decided to honeymoon in-between shooting schedules for an independent feature film written by Jolie.
